With the practice of yoga we learn to take control over our breath and body, so that we can quiet our mind and bring our thoughts inward. With practicing asana we build the strength in our body and release any physical symptoms or emotions that are locked up inside. When you become a yogi your entire life will feel the positive shift toward balance and enlightenment. You will glow, radiate and emit calmness and peace.   

Sabrina is a certified yoga instructor who received yoga teacher certification while traveling India. Learning the authentic techniques and practice of Yoga and Ayurveda from one of the most spiritual places the world.  Sabrina is available to provide private or group sessions.
